1. General Conditions

2. Offer

2.1. The content of the online store is not a trade offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

3.6. To each order it is attached a proof of purchase, which is a document entitling to use the right of return, exchange or complaint the goods.

4. Returns

4.1. A consumer who concluded an agreement at a distance, may within 14 days to withdraw from it without giving any reason and at no cost, with the exception of the additional costs when choosing the delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by The period of withdrawal begins by taking things into possession by the consumer or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier.

5. Complaints
